Today we received a conformation that we have reached another goal – that the path we are taking in trying to balance the work and family lives is the right one.

We are proud to inform you that the Board of Auditors has adopted a resolution to award the basic Family friendly enterprise certificate to Steklarna Hrastnik.

With this step we also reached the goal that we set for ourselves – to acquire the basic certificate before the end of the year.

With this certificate we commit for the following three years to implement, monitor and improve the measures, which importantly influence the work-life balance. There is a lot of work to be done, but the first step is always the most important.
